The staff was very competent and very nice and helpful. Hotel facility was well located to walk to major sites and in a safe location. Hotel was also very clean.
There was no channel of TV with any English language broadcast or subtitles. Would have liked to be able to get the news.

Quirky place with knowledgeable and attentive staff at the reception desk, liked it. We had a classic queen room which was huge and nicely decorated.

I loved the fact that this hotel was right in the middle of everything!! I loved our balcony! The bathroom was remodeled and very clean. Front desk clerks were very friendly and helpful and spoke very good English. Loved our stay!
The rooms were a little outdated but the location made up for it.

In the heart of Florence, really great place, near everything in centre.
Chceck driving directions for parking first! And breakfest is little bit "thin".

Exactly what I think, no more, no less
The location is unbeatable, with major attractions just minutes away. Our room was lovely, with cozy linens and daily housekeeping. Breakfast in the penthouse was good, thanks to Laura's splendid service.

Convenience to everything. The location is the best. I have stayed at this hotel a few times and would not consider staying elsewhere. The staff are always so helpful and pleasant. I always feel very much at home during my visit. Can't wait to return!

I loved enjoying breakfast on the terrace with a stunning view of the Duomo, and the room was super spacious and clean. The hotel offered cozy relaxation spots like a lounge area and a rooftop deck that really helped me unwind. The only downside was the elevator could be a bit slow, but that didn’t put a damper on my experience at all. 😊

We came to Florence by car & had a hard time locating it. Perhaps a good map for visitors would be of benefit.

Perfect location. 100m from Ponte Vechio
Noisy, rooms look cheap and need renovation. Hard to get there by car, it is walking area.
